May I introduce Heather of Joy De Vere Design .... I am Heather and I started Joy De Vivre Design after coming up with the name for a project in school. I am a few credits shy of obtraining my degree in interior design and have always loved crafts. When I was little if I wanted a new toy I would just get out some material and sew me up one! My Small Wonders started knitting about 4 1/2 years ago. Since that time she has taken up dyeing, spinning, needle and wet felting. She now finds herself trying to memorize the colors of a sunset to see if she can duplicate them in her dyepots. My Small Wonders expressed that she loves to start out with an idea and then winds up with something very different because a certain color combination has pulled her in another direction. When her son commented that "we should turn our house into a yarn store," she discovered Etsy and never looked back. Orange (colour)

The orange, a fruit from which the modern name of the orange colour comes.

The colour orange occurs between red and yellow in the visible spectrum at a wavelength of about 585–620 nm, and has a hue of 30° in HSV colour space. The complementary colour of orange is azure, a slightly greenish blue. With pigments such as paints or inks, a mixture of the subtractive primary colours in the proportion of 75% yellow and 25% magenta produce the secondary colour orange. Orange pigments are largely in the ochre or cadmium families, and absorb mostly blue light the modern name of the orange colour .
